Working with Spectrum

Let's build something amazing.

Growth Team

Community Manager

Flexible Location, Full-Time

Spectrum is the highest-rated mobile platform for infectious diseases, used by over 100,000 healthcare providers. Our product is used by hospital systems around the world to empower its healthcare providers with the latest guidelines for the treatment of infectious diseases, including COVID-19.

The Role & Team

Spectrum is at an inflection point and primed for accelerated growth. We are gearing up to launch a Global Clinical Network in Fall 2021 with support from the Government of Canada and partners such as the World Health Organization. It’s a free platform connecting all infectious disease specialists — a community to share guidelines, learn from each other and spread trusted knowledge.

We are looking for someone to nurture this important community, to recruit, motivate and foster member engagement. Since our team is small, it is important that you are equally capable of both planning and executing.

Our company is headquartered in Vancouver, but we are a remote team, spread across North America. We talk frequently and use collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, and ClickUp.
